  • Delivery Information?
    I am using Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, to try and ensure the quickest delivery. Orders are despatched every Tuesday and Thursday ​by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. We are finding most deliveries are delivered the next working day, but please allow 2/3 working days for delivery. If you have a particular date in mind, please let us know on the Delivery comments section on the Cart and Checkout and allow the extra time. If you have placed an order to be sent on a Thursday intending it to be there for the following Monday, it sometimes happens that Royal mail in their efforts to clear their deliveries may deliver over the weekend, this doesn't happen often, but if it does arrive a day earlier than planned, we are sorry, but we cannot do anything about it and are in the hands of Royal mail, we can always add a message on the outside such as Not to be opened until?? just let us know in the Delivery option box at checkout. Once a parcel has been attempted to be delivered and a card left, I can do no further, please contact Royal Mail directly to arrange re-delivery. I cannot refund due to failure to agree delivery with Royal Mail. Although I, and the parcel services do as much as we can to ensure a fast delivery service, if you have a particular special date in mind, it is always better to allow an extra day for delivery, Delivery of single orders will cost £3.95. All boxes ordered on an single order will be delivered at the same time. If you need separate delivery dates for different boxes, please make a separate order and delivery details for each box. For orders of 2 or more boxes, to the same address, delivery will be made using the Royal Mail tracked 24 hour, but please note orders of more than one box will not fit through the letterbox, so please ensure either someone is in to receive the package or you can nominate a safe place, such as garage, shed, or leave with a neighbour. If you wish to make an order to more than one address, please make individual orders, or contact me on the chat, or by email Scrumptiousbylucy@email.com Please ensure you enter your contact details on the checkout, so that we can pass this on to the courier in case of any delivery problems. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Channel Islands and some areas of the Highlands. I can however provide a delivery service, usually 24 hr tracked with Royal Mail and this costs £4.95 If you are requesting a delivery to any of these areas, please contact me first either on the chat, or preferably by email at scrumptiousbylucy@email.com so that I can give you an update of the current Royal Mail delivery times, and to discuss possible solutions.   • Do you bake Gluten free or Vegan Brownies?
    Along with my regular brownies, I also bake a Vegan range of brownies, as well as a free from Gluten range, including my delicious Signature Chocolate, Chocolate and Orange, Chocolate and Raspberry, as well as my gooey Bakewell Blondie. We go to great lengths to minimise the risks of cross contamination however, though small, the risk exists, therefore, we label these products NGCI (No Gluten Containing Ingredients) Should you have any questions regarding our gluten free products or any other allergen please don't hesitate to get in touch. Nut Allergies Although we state on each flavour the Ingredients and allergens in a particular recipe, please be aware that although the flavour recipe may not include nuts, there is always the very small risk of nut traces being in the working environment despite our best efforts.   • What is your Refund Policy
    At Scrumpiousbylucy, we take great pride in our products. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. Since all of our baked products are made from scratch by real people, sometimes mistakes can happen. If we have a caused a problem with your order, we will do all we can to fix it. We need to find out about a problem within 2 days of delivery and we need enough detail to address the problem. In some instances, we can fix the delivery issues, before your products leave our bakery. Once our products leave us, it is more difficult to solve problems and many delivery and handling issues are out of our control. We will do all that we can to make you a happy customer, and will look at all issues individually, but in some instances we will be unable to issue a refund. If there is any problem with your product or with a delivery, please notify us as soon as possible, We must be notified of any delivery issues within 2 business days of a shipping date to be able to resolve the problem. We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances: An incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Weather related delivery issues, also Cakes not removed from packaging in a timely manner (i.e. packages left at an address when someone is out of town) Delivery problems beyond our control.
  • Do you make cakes for people with allergies?
    Although I bake Vegan and Gluten free brownies, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are suitable for people with allergies due to the risk of cross contamination. We also do not make cakes suitable for people with nut allergies as nuts are contained in so many ingredients, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any nut traces, so please be aware all our products may contain nuts, although these are not shown on the ingredients.   • Can I collect?
    Unfortunately at the present time we do not offer a collection service for our gift wrapped brownies box, however, we now have a pop up stall in the foyer of Sheffield train station every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as occasional Saturday's. So why not pop along if you can and chose your freshly made brownies,and when you buy 4, these can be packed into one of my lovely brownie gift boxes. Please note at the Pop up I normally bake around 10 different flavours and these may change, so please let me know if you are visiting and wanted a particular brownie flavour.
  • How long do your cakes keep for
    Hi, Our brownies are made with the freshest of ingredients and would advise that you eat them at their best, which we would estimate to be within four or five days of receiving them. If you do end up storing them, it is best to keep them in an airtight plastic lunch type box, in a cool dark place, preferably the fridge, especially during the warm summer months, or alternatively you can freeze them for up to three months.
