A childhood favourite! The combination of cookies and cream is a kids dream! I have always been a fan of Oreo’s and I wanted to create that same creamy sweetness against the bitter chocolate to emulate an Oreo!
The rich chocolate fudgy brownie topped with vanilla buttercream just tastes of cookies and cream. I top the brownie with Oreos to give an extra crunch! The brownie is so irresistible and is definitely my go to when I crave something sweet!
