Chocolate Brownie

Our ultimate Chocolate brownie, winner of the Great Taste Awards for the best chocolate brownie and is the base for all our brownie range.  It has a perfect balance between dark and milk chocolate. The chocolate brownie has the perfect flaky top with a fudgy and gooey base. The richness of the brownie has a silky mouth feel that is simply irresistible.  

I have always loved looking through recipe books.  I remember flicking through the pages of my Nan Freda’s BERO book to find new recipes to bake with my twin sister, Gemma.  

A favourite bake was the Bero Brownies, gosh we loved these so much we always struggled to allow them to cool before tasting them, I still struggle with this today!
